Overview
- Coordinate day-to-day property maintenance and repair activities.
- Receive, record, and follow up on tenant or landlord maintenance requests.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, technicians, tenants, landlords, and property managers.
- Schedule inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance, and service visits.
- Monitor work orders to ensure timely completion and quality service.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, approvals, invoices, and contractor reports.
- Assist in ensuring properties are safe, functional, clean, and well-maintained.
- Follow up on quotations, approvals, purchase requests, and payment documentation.
- Support property management operations by resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
