Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts and drive brand growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, website traffic, leads, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to maximize ROI.
- Manage social media accounts and online brand presence.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage marketing budgets and prepare performance reports.
- Optimize website content and user experience to improve conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience in e-commerce and performance marketing.
- Knowledge of graphic design and content management systems is an advantage.
