About This Role
Overview
Impact Makers Events is looking for a highly creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
digital marketing, social media management, and graphic design
to help grow our brand presence and promote impactful events locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Manage and grow company social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and X
- Create engaging social media content, captions, reels, and campaigns
- Design professional marketing materials, social media posts, presentations, banners, and event branding materials
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Coordinate content creation including photography, videography, and event coverage
- Monitor social media trends and audience engagement
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports
- Maintain and update the company website and online platforms
- Support the marketing and sales team with creative promotional materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO, and paid ads
- Excellent creativity, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in the events industry is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
