Overview
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and drive performance across multiple digital channels.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media marketing, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and content strategy within a fast-paced fashion e-commerce environment.
This role requires someone who can execute campaigns, analyze performance data, optimize digital strategies, and contribute to brand growth while ensuring strong online visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social media platforms
- Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Monitor industry trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to improve engagement and reach
- Build and engage with the online community while maintaining brand voice and identity
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Monitor and analyze KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and campaign performance
- Conduct keyword research to identify search opportunities and trending topics
- Optimize website pages, product descriptions, and blog content for improved organic rankings
- Support on-page SEO activities including meta tags, headings, image optimization, and internal linking
- Assist with technical SEO initiatives such as site structure, indexing, crawlability, and page speed optimization
- Track and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance metrics
- Create engaging, brand-aligned content including blogs, captions, email copy, and campaign messaging
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and content creators to produce compelling campaigns
- Support brand storytelling and maintain consistent brand positioning across all channels
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns including promotions, newsletters, and automated flows
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging to improve engagement and conversions
- Track email campaign performance including open rates, CTR, and revenue contribution
- Monitor digital marketing performance using analytics and reporting tools
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Recommend optimization strategies based on campaign and customer data
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand partners
- Coordinate influencer campaigns and partnership activities
- Evaluate engagement, reach, and ROI from collaborations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within fashion or e-commerce
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, social media marketing, and paid advertising
- Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
