About This Role
Digital Marketing & Ads Management Executive
This role is ideal for a performance-focused professional who has hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns in the UAE market and understands how to drive online sales
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping)
Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Instagram and Facebook
Monitor and optimize ad budgets to improve ROAS, lead generation, and online sales
Collaborate with management on campaign strategies and seasonal promotions (EID, SUMMER CAMAPIGN, NEW YEAR etc.)
Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable performance reports
Coordinate with creative/content teams for ad creatives and copy
Manage campaign timelines and multiple advertising accounts independently
Handle client communications professionally when required
Required Skills & Experience
4 – 6 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management
Strong understanding of the UAE/Dubai market and audience behaviour
Proven ability to manage and optimize paid campaigns for performance
Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Tracking, Analytics & Optimization
- Ensure correct tracking via:
- Meta Pixel & CAPI
- Google Ads conversion tracking
- Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
- Monitor and improve:
- ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV, conversion rate
- Identify funnel issues and collaborate with the team
Preferred (Added Advantage)
- Certification in Meta Blueprint or Google Ads.
- Experience managing multiple brands or clients at once.
- Familiarity with UAE market and local audience behaviour.
- Experience in hospitality industry
- Experience managing e-commerce and online order-based businesses
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
