Position overview

Cochlear seeks an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead consumer marketing and demand generation across South Asia.

The position is an individual-contributor role combining data, creativity, customer insights, and digital innovation to drive measurable outcomes.

Campaigns and demand generation

  • Develop integrated campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, consumer demand, and business objectives.
  • Work with agencies on media plans, PR, and localized assets; partner with Sales, Marketing, Concierge, and Professional Marketing on customer-focused, aligned communications.
  • Optimize website content, social media, email, search marketing, and digital experiences with APAC and global teams; support research and create brand-aligned collateral.
  • Manage agency partners, campaign delivery and budgets, and performance measures including lead volume, conversion rates, and cost per lead.
  • Manage India's social content calendar and respond to social enquiries; localize and amplify regional campaigns through digital channels.

Performance and planning

  • Drive monthly and quarterly Sales Accepted Lead targets and monitor customer-journey conversion, including lead-to-surgery conversion.
  • Report performance and insights to local leadership and APAC stakeholders; identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer, market, and competitor data; define KPIs, report findings, and optimize campaigns.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and ROI, contribute to annual marketing plans, and continuously test and improve activity.
