About Binarya Properties
Binarya Properties LLC is a growing Dubai real estate brokerage.
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can independently create advertising creatives and manage Meta and Google advertising campaigns to generate qualified buyer leads.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Design advertising creatives, flyers, banners, and social media content.
- Generate qualified buyer leads for Dubai real estate projects.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize lead generation costs.
- Prepare weekly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and campaign results.
Requirements
- Experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience using Canva, Photoshop, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns.
- Real estate marketing experience is preferred.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a hands-on marketer who can:

✔ Analyze campaign performance
✔ Deliver measurable results
Compensation
- AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 monthly salary
- Performance incentives based on sales generated from marketing campaigns
