Content Strategist/Personal Brand Manager

We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Content Strategist / Personal Brand Manager to build and grow the personal brands of our leadership team and company across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.

This is more than a content creation role—you will be the brain behind the social media presence, responsible for planning, creating, editing, and executing content that drives engagement, credibility, and lead generation.

Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar.

Generate content ideas, scripts, and storytelling concepts.

Research and adapt trending topics and formats relevant to Dubai real estate.

Create compelling hooks, captions, and post structures.

Plan and develop carousel posts and educational content.

Repurpose long-form content into reels, short videos, posts, and stories.

Edit videos and create engaging reels for social media platforms.

Coordinate and manage videography requirements when needed.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and premium positioning across all content.

Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.

Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.

Excellent knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and current social media trends.

Exceptional English writing and communication skills.

Ability to create viral and engaging content while maintaining a professional and luxury brand image.

Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms.
