As we continue to expand our market presence, we are looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and passionate about digital trends and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media channels.
- Monitor website performance and implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and strengthen customer engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Experience with content creation, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and campaign performance optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the UAE/GCC market is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification.
- Meta Blueprint Certification.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
