Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Account Manager** to manage and develop relationships with our clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and business growth.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company products and services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and business presentations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to revenue growth targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- UAE market experience is preferred.
