Solid Rock Music Institute is seeking a creative and results-driven **Digital Marketing Executive** to manage and grow our online presence.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Google Ads campaigns for music and performing arts courses.
- Create and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Generate quality leads and increase student enrollments.
- Handle inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, website forms, and social media platforms.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents regarding courses, trial classes, and admissions.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective communication and follow-up.
- Maintain and update lead and inquiry records.
- Conduct follow-ups for course renewals and continuing student registrations.
- Send reminders for upcoming renewals and class registrations.
- Create engaging social media content, reels, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Create and publish digital marketing content across various online platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Coordinate marketing activities for workshops, concerts, events, and seasonal promotions.
- Work closely with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement best practices to improve performance.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion.
- Knowledge of social media marketing, and content creation.
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
