Digital Junior Account Manager

Qualifications:

• Two (2) years experience with digital marketing products including programmatic, social media, Search and CTV
• Requires a highly professional communication skill set, including excellent grammar, copy-writing, spelling accuracy, and excellent phone & conversation skills
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, team environment
• Must be able to maintain composure in stressful situations, and be proficient in finding solutions and diffusing angry or upset customers
• Must have strong listening skills, and be empathetic and able to effectively relate to clients
• Understanding of digital analytics and reporting tools is a plus
• Highly proficient in Microsoft office products
• Must be able to work remotely and time manage efficiently and independently
• Must be available by phone, email, IM and video calls
• Must be organized, and excel at multi-tasking
• Must be comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Must be solutions oriented and take a proactive approach in implementing them
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Atlassian Jira
• Experience in Operative order management system
• Experience in Salesforce
• Base line knowledge of how the following industries operate: automotive, home services, education, medical, legal.

• The hourly compensation range for this role is $21.56 to $25.37. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full-time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, quarterly and annual incentive plan bonuses, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
