Digital Data Analyst

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Create data insights tailored to client requirements and present stories that answer key questions.
• Support project deliverables and data visualization and analytics within agreed timescales.
• Apply basic ETL knowledge to data and create basic Power BI dashboards.
• Produce solutions aligned with current best practices and company standards.
• Generate basic visual outputs in GIS software.
• Interpret and create metrics from large datasets.
• Set up relational database tables, including SQL Server and Dataverse.
• Engage with clients and present data in accessible language.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in a data analyst role.
• A degree and/or experience in data analytics, computer science, or a related field is required.
• Candidates should know dashboarding platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• The role requires the ability to tell stories from data and identify analytics benefits for client problems.
• Candidates should learn new software quickly and work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred skills

• Python and GIS experience are preferred.
• Microsoft PL-300 Power BI or another relevant certification is preferred.

Workplace and onboarding
