Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Word and PDF Experts to work on a contractor basis.

This role involves applying deep expertise in document processing to shape how next-generation AI systems learn, reason, and perform through high-quality input.

Your work will directly contribute to improving AI models across industries such as finance, healthcare, and engineering.

No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge and precision in document handling are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive document review, editing, and formatting in Microsoft Word and PDF formats to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage tracked changes, comments, and version control across large and complex document sets with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Extract structured data from documents while preserving context and formatting integrity for AI training purposes.
  • Create and modify Word and PDF forms, including digital signature implementation and secure document handling protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and client-specific standards while maintaining strict confidentiality in all document interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PDF editing tools, including tracked changes and version control systems.
  • Experience with document formatting standards and data extraction from unstructured or semi-structured documents.
  • Knowledge of digital signatures, form creation in Word/PDF, and secure document handling procedures.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality protocols and compliance requirements in legal or regulated environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated attention to detail in document management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide training or support as needed.
  • Prior experience in document-intensive roles, such as legal assistance, administrative support, or technical writing.
