Purpose
To manage and grow the company's online sales channels by overseeing product listings, inventory, order fulfillment, customer service, and marketplace performance across Amazon, Noon, and other e-commerce platforms.
This role is required to handle selling 3D printing products and toys
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and managing seller accounts on platforms such as Amazon and Noon.
- Creating and uploading product listings.
- Managing product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
- Processing and monitoring customer orders.
- Coordinating deliveries and returns.
- Handling customer inquiries and reviews.
- Running online promotions and advertising campaigns.
- Analyzing sales reports and marketplace performance.
- Ensuring compliance with marketplace policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab.
- Knowledge of product listing optimization and SEO.
- Good understanding of inventory and order management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
