Overview

Purpose of the Role:

A mid-level, well-rounded marketer who loves all things marketing — from content and campaigns to data and brand.

Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, this role owns creative content, CRM activations (email and WhatsApp), digital marketing and brand building, while overseeing events and brand partnerships.

The ideal candidate is creatively driven, execution-focused, and passionate about growing a brand.

Creative Content & Brand Strategy

  • Own creative content strategy across brand, paid ads, and social — conceiving ideas and briefing designers, photographers, and agencies to execute.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all channels.
  • Align campaigns and creative output with brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Manage the content and campaign calendar, ensuring timely briefing and delivery of all assets.

Digital Marketing & Performance

  • Support paid media execution across Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a solid understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and optimization.
  • Build and optimize marketing funnels to improve the customer journey and drive conversions.
  • Review and provide UI/UX feedback on the e-commerce experience using tools such as Microsoft Clarity, Figma and heatmaps.

CRM, EMAIL & WHATSAPP MARKETING

  • Own the email and WhatsApp calendar — copy, segmentation, scheduling, and performance reporting.
  • Use CRM data to personalise campaigns and improve retention.
  • Monitor and optimise CRM flows to drive repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.

Events & Brand Activations

  • Supervise the internal event team to coordinate Spring Feeling’s presence at events, pop-ups, and activations.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all offline and experiential touchpoints.

Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Identify and manage brand partnerships and collaborations to drive awareness and growth.
  • Develop co-marketing initiatives with relevant brands and communities.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance across all channels and compile regular reports with clear insights.
  • Track key metrics (CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, CRM engagement) using tools such as Google Analytics and Metabase BI.

Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years in marketing, with hands-on experience across content, performance marketing, CRM, and campaign execution.
  • Proven experience executing multi-channel marketing for a consumer, e-commerce, or F&B brand.
  • Highly creative, with a strong eye for content and an instinct for compelling campaign ideas.
  • Solid understanding of the content production process, from briefing through to publishing.
  • Experience building and optimising digital funnels across the customer journey.
  • Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Data Studio, Metabase).
  • Hands-on with email and WhatsApp/CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Freshworks, or similar).
  • Good working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads — campaign structure, targeting, and optimisation.
  • Experience coordinating events, activations, or brand partnerships.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX and tools such as Figma.
  • Strong instinct for what works across marketing channels and a genuine love for the craft.
  • Proficient in Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with Freshworks (desirable).
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later or similar).

Package

Salary: AED 14,000/Month for the first 6 months and AED 16,000 thereafter
