- Report on patients’ needs or problems.
- Perform routine diagnostic checks (monitor pulse, blood pressure, and temperature, provide drugs and injections, etc).
- Daily Monitor and record patient’s condition
- Report back to the physician.
- Be Flexible for any medical emergencies.
- Follow care regulations and standards set by Lifeline healthcare group
- Assigned to home care services as per duty schedule or operational requirements.
