DHA - Assistant Nurse/ Registered Nurse

Overview

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during home and on-site medical consultations.
• Perform initial patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Support physicians during minor procedures, ensuring strict infection control compliance.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medication usage, post-visit care, and follow-up instructions.
• Prepare and manage medical kits, ensuring readiness and compliance with clinical standards.
• Uphold patient confidentiality, safety, and ethical nursing practices at all times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter (for RN or Assistant Nurse).
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
• Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Hindi.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mobile healthcare, home visits, or community nursing.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Current **Basic Life Support (BLS)** certification.

Work Schedule & Transportation

• Rotational shifts (including day and night shifts).
• Transportation provided between office and visit locations.
