Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **HR Operations Executive** to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and HR administration.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR service delivery, maintain compliance with UAE labor laws, and support employees and management on HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and documentation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Administer attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other employee-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate visa, medical insurance, and employee-related administrative processes.
- Support payroll inputs and ensure accurate HR data management.
- Generate HR reports and maintain HR metrics and records.
- Address employee queries and provide HR operational support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
