We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or project management is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Knowledge of industry standards such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies is advantageous.

Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP will be considered a plus.

A proactive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure are critical attributes for this role.

Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Gather and document detailed business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing documentation.

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with organizational goals.

Create detailed process models, workflows, and documentation to communicate findings and proposed solutions effectively.

Assist in the design and implementation of technological solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and are scalable.

Support project teams in managing change, providing training, and ensuring smooth transition during system upgrades or process changes.

Monitor project progress, perform quality assurance, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation to optimize performance and user adoption.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative approaches that add value to client projects.
