Overview
Metricad Innovations is on the lookout for a skilled **DevOps Engineer** to join our tech team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining our development and operational processes, ensuring efficient deployment and flawless performance of our applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software developers and IT staff to oversee code releases and deployments.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize applications for enhanced efficiency and reliability.
- Manage infrastructure using configuration management tools and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Ensure security and compliance best practices are integrated into the operations workflow.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve DevOps practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of software development life cycles.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud platforms and services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Salary
- Competitive hourly rate of **QAR** **40** **-*** 80* based on experience and qualifications.
