About This Role
Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced
DevOps Engineer
to join our Technology Team as part of our continued infrastructure enhancement and platform reliability initiatives.
The team is dedicated to ensuring high system availability, seamless deployments, and scalable infrastructure to support business growth and digital operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage .NET Core and Node.js applications on Windows IIS, including app pools, SSL certificates, bindings, performance tuning, and Web Deploy using Visual Studio publish profiles
- Administer Windows Server environments by applying patches, security hardening, health monitoring, and implementing high availability and zero-downtime deployment strategies
- Manage Ubuntu/Linux servers for application hosting, including security hardening, patch management, performance tuning, services, cron jobs, file systems, and network configuration
- Support containerized workloads using Docker on Linux and deploy applications via SSH remote workflows using Visual Studio Code
- Build, maintain, and automate CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions for both IIS and Linux-based deployments
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK Stack, and lead incident response and root cause analysis
- Manage caching and search systems including Redis for sessions, rate limiting, and performance optimization, and Apache Solr clusters for search functionality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering
- Proven hands-on experience with Windows IIS and Linux server management
- Familiarity with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code for application deployment workflows
- Experience with high-traffic, production-grade environments
