Key responsibilities
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for integration services, APIs, and microservices.
- Support cloud infrastructure deployment and operations across Azure, AWS, or OCI environments.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code and automation for provisioning, configuration, and deployment.
- Manage Kubernetes/OpenShift container platforms and support application deployment automation.
- Monitor platform health, availability, performance, and security using enterprise monitoring tools.
- Support operational readiness across Development, SIT, UAT, Performance Testing, and Production environments.
- Implement logging, monitoring, observability, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Collaborate with Integration Architects, Developers, Infrastructure, Security, and Cloud teams to deliver platform services.
- Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, platform optimization, and production stability initiatives.
Experience and knowledge
- 5–8 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
- Hands-on cloud platform experience with Azure, AWS, or OCI.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
- Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and container orchestration.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of API platforms, microservices, Kafka/event streaming, and integration middleware.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Understanding of security, IAM, networking, and operational resilience in cloud environments.
- Banking or financial services experience is preferred.
