Workplace
- This is a hybrid position.
- Attend the client site in Leeds on the first and third Tuesday of every month.
Qualifications and experience
- Experience supporting Agile delivery, IT service management, or DevOps operations in a technology environment.
- Experience coordinating technology delivery, operational support, or service management activities.
- Good understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery activities.
- Bring strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, proactive problem-solving, and confidence managing competing priorities independently.
- Must hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to obtain it.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery priorities, dependencies, risks, and actions across Agile and DevOps teams.
- Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and service reviews.
- Coordinate ITIL-aligned service management processes and support service-level performance.
- Track delivery and operational metrics, including deployment frequency, lead times, service health, and SLA/KPI achievement.
- Monitor CI/CD pipeline health, deployment readiness, and operational dashboards; escalate issues and risks.
- Maintain runbooks, service documentation, governance records, release logs, and audit evidence.
- Facilitate post-incident reviews and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Identify process improvements, support automation, and strengthen DevOps maturity.
- Build stakeholder relationships and coordinate onboarding, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
