CGI Montréal seeks a Business Analyst for multiple digital transformation projects in an Agile environment.

Duties
- Analyze business and functional requirements with stakeholders and recommend software or operational solutions.
- Define interfaces with external systems such as Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and legacy applications.
- Document analyses, specifications, feasibility studies, market and risk assessments, and data models.
- Map current and target business processes and recommend improvements; produce conceptual, infrastructure, or processing models.
- Contribute to conversion, deployment, and implementation strategies.
- Prepare test plans, perform functional testing, and support quality assurance.
- Monitor application incidents, support root cause identification and corrective actions, and estimate effort, costs, and timelines.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a similar position.
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements, mapping processes, and writing specifications.
- Can analyze complex issues and formulate clear, structured recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent spoken and written French and functional English proficiency.
Compensation
- The stated estimated pay range is 60,000–110,000; the posting does not specify a compensation cadence.
