About the Role
We are hiring a
Development Engineer I – Medium Caliber
to support design, testing, and documentation activities for medium‑caliber ammunition systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support design of tooling, test equipment, and development items.
- Assist in creating assembly instructions and test procedures.
- Participate in assembly, manufacturing, and test execution.
- Support testing, validation, and compliance activities.
- Prepare technical drawings and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers.
- Execute MRP/ERP tasks.
Key Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in 3D modelling tools.
- Familiarity with simulation tools.
- Strong teamwork and communication.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- 1–2 years of experience or completion of IGNITE program.
Working Environment
Office‑based with visits to integration and test facilities.
