Development Analyst

Design and build smart automation and digital solutions using AI and modern software technologies to support business goals.

Review current processes and ongoing projects to identify areas where automation and system improvements can be applied.

Work closely with different departments to understand their needs and turn them into practical technical solutions.

Follow agile development practices to ensure flexibility, faster delivery, and continuous improvement.

Test, implement, and evaluate new tools and technologies to support innovation across the organization.

Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Maintain proper documentation and technical records related to automation solutions and system updates.

Support ongoing system enhancements and ensure smooth integration of new solutions.

Bachelor degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Good knowledge of automation and development tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI.

At least 1 year of experience in a similar automation or development role.

Basic understanding of process analysis, workflow automation, and system optimization.

Ability to work in an agile and fast paced environment.

Strong problem solving skills with a proactive approach.
