About This Role
Role Overview
Sama X is seeking a Software Developer to provide on-site technical solutions and support for our connectivity operations.
You will build the tools, scripts, and reports required to maintain a smooth "Quote-to-Cash" lifecycle, serving as the technical resource for rapid troubleshooting and system enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- **Custom Tooling & Scripting:**
- Develop and maintain custom functions, widgets, and scripts (primarily in Deluge, Python, or JavaScript) to automate tasks.
- **Analytics & Reporting:**
- Build and maintain complex reports and real-time dashboards in Analytics to provide visibility into inventory, service status, and financial performance.
- **L2 Technical Troubleshooting:**
- Provide second-level support for operational issues, identifying and fixing bugs in automation triggers, data syncs, or custom integrations.
- **Technical Implementation:**
- Implement technical specifications provided by the BA/QA team, ensuring that custom-built solutions are scalable and performant.
- **System Maintenance:**
- Ensure the health of the Zoho ecosystem, managing API limits, data integrity, and cross-module connectivity.
Qualifications
- **Experience:**
- 6+ years in software development with a focus on business process automation and running smooth operations
- **Architecture:**
- Understanding non-functional requirements, latency, throughput, API rate limits
- **Technical Stack:**
- Proficiency in
Deluge
- (Zoho), Zoho Creator and Python especially backend and integrations
- **Problem Solving:**
- Ability to quickly prototype technical "quick fixes" and long-term tools to address operational bottlenecks.
