This is the 2-Hour Learning model that drives Alpha Anywhere—and you will be the strategist maintaining its effectiveness while advancing it for tomorrow.
From any location with reliable internet access, you will convert massive volumes of AI-generated performance data into precise, timely interventions that propel each learner toward 90% mastery and higher.
When learners encounter obstacles, you will join live coaching sessions, remove the barrier in the moment, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence.
At the same time, you will analyze detailed student performance data streams, identifying hidden patterns that unlock children's full capabilities and designing next-generation AI solutions capable of doubling learning velocity.

What You Will Be Doing
- Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing systematic analysis to identify issues, detect anomalies, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
- Conducting rapid-response intervention calls and facilitating post-assessment coaching sessions to eliminate blockers, distinguish knowledge gaps from mistakes, and sustain student motivation
- Assessing and integrating new educational applications and content while developing AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning strategies and address specific challenges
- Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery thresholds as the AI tutor advances
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Attending endless meetings or delivering generic slide presentations with no visibility into real outcomes
- Grading papers, creating lesson plans, or overseeing traditional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
- Working at high-level strategy without execution or becoming trapped in routine tasks—this position is hands-on and dynamic
Curriculum Developer Key Responsibilities
Accelerate student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and real-time academic insights, evidenced by improved metrics such as 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning patterns across the Alpha Anywhere network.
Basic Requirements
- Proven experience in data science or related role, education, EdTech, or a student-support position with both analytical and interpersonal elements
- Proficiency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
- High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and a kid-friendly coaching style
- Experience building workflows and automations with AI
- At least 1 year experience working closely with K-8 students
- Available to work during required core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Background in learning science, educational principles, or demonstrated success improving outcomes through data-driven strategies
- Experience with Generative AI, prompting techniques, and basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
The payment period is weekly.
