Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and support integrations between clinical and business systems, plus web applications and internal tools for staff, patients and families.
• Work with hospital teams to understand needs and deliver technical solutions.
• Automate processes, improve data quality and support systems.
• Use AI tools responsibly for development, analysis and documentation.

Requirements

• An experienced developer or analyst with a strong background in software development, integrations or web applications.
• APIs, SQL and a modern programming language such as C#/.NET, Python or JavaScript/TypeScript are essential.
• Problem-solving ability and effective communication with technical and non-technical colleagues are expected.
• Healthcare systems, Workday, electronic patient records, Azure or Power Platform experience is beneficial.
• Applicants must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is unavailable.
• The application process may include a short technical assessment.

Salary and hours

• Advertised salary: £48,668.
• Full-time role, 36 hours per week.

Location and working arrangement

• Based in Putney, South West London, with hybrid working and two to three days on site per week.
