We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Administrator to be based in Dubai, providing high-quality IT desktop support across our EMEA locations.

This is a key role within the IT function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent user experience across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-line desktop support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and application software
  • Deliver remote support to users across EMEA sites
  • Support the rollout of new technologies, system upgrades, and IT initiatives
  • Create and maintain IT documentation and work instructions
  • Collaborate closely with IT team members and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Ensure users have the tools and support required to work effectively at all times
  • ***This position is based in Dubai, however travel to other UAE / Middle East sites will be required.***

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a desktop or IT support role
  • Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience producing technical documentation or work instructions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused approach
  • Previous experience supporting internal users or customers

Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • ---------------------------------
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based tools
  • Familiarity with remote desktop support tools
  • Desktop-level network troubleshooting skills
  • Working knowledge of iOS and Android mobile devices
  • CompTIA A+ or MCP qualification (preferred)
