This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Design & Technology with Robotics Expert.

The role involves developing and implementing curricula focused on design and robotics, providing hands-on guidance to students, and mentoring them in using tools such as CAD and graphic design software.

include creating interactive learning materials, conducting research to stay updated on emerging technologies, and collaborating with colleagues to foster an engaging and innovative learning environment.

The role also includes contributing to student robotics projects and competitions.

Successful candidates will be expected to:

Embody PEDTECH GLOBAL’s core values of innovation, integrity, and impact in all client, student, and partner engagements

Hold a relevant qualification in Design Technology, Engineering, Robotics, Education, or a related field

(BEd / PGCE / PGDE or equivalent preferred; advanced certifications or Master’s degree is a plus)

Demonstrate hands-on expertise in Robotics and DT.

Have proven experience delivering DT / STEM / Innovation programmes across international curricula

Translate pedagogy into real-world lab implementation, including:

Mapping curriculum to physical & digital tools

Supporting schools in end-to-end lab activation

Adopt a strong growth mindset, being solution-oriented, adaptable, and continuously improving in a fast-evolving EdTech landscape

Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including:

School leadership

Procurement & project teams

Exhibit creativity and entrepreneurial thinking, bringing fresh ideas to lab design, student engagement, and experiential learning

Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to:

Train educators

Lead workshops

Pitch solutions to schools and leadership teams

Show a proven track record of delivering high-impact learning experiences, especially in:

Robotics integration

Design Thinking frameworks

Project-based and inquiry-led learning

Be driven to contribute to large-scale education transformation, supporting PEDTECH GLOBAL’s mission to build future-ready learning environments

Actively engage in ecosystem building, including:
