Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architecture and interior design projects from concept design through construction and final handover.
• Ensure all design deliverables meet project objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage project planning, design development, technical coordination, and execution follow-up.
• Oversee design progress across concept, schematic, detailed design, IFC drawings, and site coordination stages.
• Ensure alignment between design intent and actual site implementation.
• Coordinate between architecture, interior design, technical, MEP, structural, procurement, and site teams.
• Review and approve design packages, technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions.
• Ensure all designs are practical, buildable, and compliant with project requirements and construction methodologies.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and design workshops.
• Conduct site visits and support execution teams to resolve design and technical issues.
• Support value engineering and material selection processes while maintaining design quality.
• Lead, mentor, and manage architecture and interior design teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Architecture / Interior Design projects within the UAE.
• Strong experience in Fit-Out and Design & Build projects.
• Proven experience managing projects from concept to handover.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, interior fit-out, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent understanding of UAE authority regulations and submission processes.
• Strong experience in client management and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage project deadlines effectively.

Additional Information

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp / Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination is an advantage.
