Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Design Expert (Multidisciplinary) to work on a contractor basis.

This role involves applying domain expertise in design to help train next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world input that shapes how models learn, reason, and perform.

The position is ideal for professionals who want to contribute to the development of AI while leveraging their design skills.

No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge in design principles, tools, and methodologies is what matters most.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, review, and refine design interview content with a focus on both visual and UX/UI elements.
Assess AI-generated materials for quality, usability, and adherence to modern design principles.
Deliver actionable feedback to optimize layouts, visual hierarchy, and overall user experience.
Collaborate with AI training teams to ensure alignment with evolving industry standards.
Contribute to the development of training data that improves AI model performance across domains.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Expertise in typography, UX/UI fundamentals, and layout design principles with a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Suite for wireframing and prototyping.
Experience applying user-centered design thinking to create intuitive and visually compelling interfaces.
Ability to provide constructive feedback on branding, visual identity, and overall design concepts.
Creativity and conceptual development skills to refine and enhance design materials for AI training.
