- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field of study and Five (5) years of experience as a Design Release Engineer, Application Engineer, or related occupation Requires five (5) years of experience with the following: Engineering theory; CAD and CAE; GD&T principles; ‘Build to print’ parts or writing specifications and managing suppliers with ‘build to spec’ parts; Structural, thermal NVH analysis tools; Managing suppliers on critical timelines; and Unigraphics NX.
