REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field of study. Five (5) years of experience as a Design Release Engineer, Chassis Dimensional Engineer, Interior Dimensional Engineer, or related occupation. Five (5) years of experience in the following: Read, interpret and generate engineering drawings and specifications; Technical writing to create written engineering evaluation reports; Computer Aided Design (CAD); Creating Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) plans and using FIT application; Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing competency; and Root cause analysis and investigations. Four (4) years of experience in the following: Key Characteristic Designation System (KCDS) applicability and usage. Three (3) years of experience in the following: TeamCenter; and Change Management process. Two (2) years of experience in the following: Working on product launch lifestyle.
