Overview

- Conduct regular design reviews, providing constructive feedback and recommendations to ensure quality and adherence to design principles.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in design processes.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into the design process.
- Mentor junior design staff and foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
