Overview
- We are building a pipeline to be prepared for upcoming projects in the coming months.
- Mobilisation is anticipated to take between 3-6 months.
- Our newest opportunity is for talented Design Manager to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, KSA.
- This critical role will work as part of the Infrastructure team, working on master planning and designing infrastructure including roads and various utility networks.
- We envisage success in this role to include:
- Participating in and coordinating the design development and delivery of large and multi-discipline land development infrastructure projects.
- Coordinating, monitoring and verifying design progress and submittals at all design phases.
- Liaising, in coordination with the Project Manager, with the various project stakeholders, including internal teams, the client, consultants and contractors.
- Participating in establishing and implementing the Project Management Plan and procedures.
- Ensuring project standards and Quality Management procedures are implemented across each of the technical areas involved in the project, including project administration.
- Ensuring terms of the contract are followed and manage scope changes and their effect on delivery of project objectives.
- Organizing, attending or chairing design meetings and workshops, which will include preparing meeting minutes and following up on identified actions
