Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Approximately 10–15 years of relevant professional experience; UAE developer-side experience is preferred.
- Strong experience with residential, high-rise, and mixed-use developments.
- Ability to independently manage several active projects and multidisciplinary consultants.
- Strong understanding of schematic design, design development, tender, and IFC documentation.
- Knowledge of UAE/Dubai authorities, building regulations, and approval processes.
- Technical coordination capability across architecture, structure, MEP, and specialist disciplines.
- Practical knowledge of BIM/Revit coordination, clash detection, and design QA/QC.
- Experience in consultant management, tender documentation, value engineering, and construction-stage design support.
- Strong communication, reporting, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Take over live projects and manage multiple consultant interfaces during the maternity-cover period.
- Manage several active projects and multidisciplinary consultants independently.
- Maintain continuity of design decisions, programme, and technical coordination.
- Coordinate design across architecture, structure, MEP, and specialist disciplines.
- Coordinate BIM/Revit models, clash detection, and design QA/QC.
- Manage consultant inputs and tender documentation, and support value engineering.
- Provide design support during construction.
