Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced **Design Manager** who will be responsible for overseeing the **technical design, coordination, and delivery** of building projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee **architectural design coordination** across all project stages (concept to construction).
- Ensure **technical compliance** with local regulations, codes, and client requirements.
- Manage and coordinate **multi-disciplinary teams** (Architecture, Structure, MEP).
- Review and approve **design deliverables, drawings, and specifications**.
- Support project delivery through **technical problem-solving and design optimization**.
- Liaise with **clients, authorities, and stakeholders** to ensure smooth approvals and execution.
Requirements
- **Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture** (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum **12 years’ experience** in building projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
- Proven experience in **architectural consultancy / design environments**.
- Strong knowledge of **KSA building codes and authority requirements**
- Demonstrated ability to manage **design teams and technical coordination**.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- **Arabic speaker preferred.**
