About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented **Graphics Designer** with strong experience in developing technical proposals and bid submissions for consulting companies.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Proven experience supporting **technical proposals, tenders, and presentations for consulting or engineering companies**
- Strong expertise in: PowerPoint (PPT), Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator/ InDesign and other graphic design applications
- Middle East project experience is mandatory
- Ability to create visually compelling proposal documents, presentations, infographics, and marketing materials
- Strong understanding of corporate branding and proposal formatting standards
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience working with engineering, architecture, PMC, or construction consultancy firms
- Knowledge of bid submission requirements and proposal coordination processes
