Design Engineer

You have
4+ years blending UX/UI design with frontend prototyping
Strong design sensibility and visual taste
Expertise in Figma and UX (systems thinking, interaction design, prototyping)
Solid React/HTML/CSS/JS chops for building proof-of-concepts
Experience designing for social, consumer, or culturally-driven products
Portfolio demonstrating original, forward-thinking design work and functional prototypes you've built
Bonus
Motion design and animation (Framer Motion, GSAP, After Effects)
Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI tooling
Native mobile design experience (iOS/Android patterns)
Graphic design, art direction, or brand design background
You'll
Own UX/UI design for new features and products end-to-end
Build interactive prototypes that communicate intent beyond static mocks
Define and evolve our design system and component language
Partner with engineers to hand off specs and refine implementation details
Explore experimental interfaces, push what social apps can look and feel like
Maintain high visual quality bar from concept through shipped product
