Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate architectural design activities from concept through construction.
  • Manage multidisciplinary design interfaces involving architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical, process, and utilities teams.
  • Review design drawings, BIM models, and consultant submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements, building codes, regulatory approvals, and client standards.
  • Facilitate design review workshops and stakeholder coordination meetings.
  • Track design deliverables, design changes, RFIs, and approvals.
  • Support value engineering and constructability reviews.
  • Ensure timely closure of design issues impacting project schedules.
  • Collaborate with construction teams for site implementation support.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
  • Experience Requirements
  • 12-15 years of architectural design and coordination experience.
  • Strong background in industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or mission-critical facilities.
  • Experience working in EPC/EPCM or integrated project delivery environments.
  • Knowledge of BIM and digital design coordination processes.
