Design Architect & Business Development Lead
About This Role
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients.
- Lead client meetings to discuss project objectives, budget constraints, and functional requirements.
- Prepare, present proposals, RFP responses, and portfolio materials to win new projects.
- Ensure design solutions are innovative, sustainable, and align with the client s business goals and operational needs.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and community meetings to build industry presence.
- Provide guidance on complex design projects, ensuring profitability and adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications , Experience & Required Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 10 Years experience in design and business development or client management within an architectural firm.
- Strong network in Architecture, Engineering, Construction industry.
- Excellent communication (Arabic & English) , negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Expertise in project management software and design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite Rhino 3D).
- Successful conversion of prospects to signed contracts.
- Growth in new project revenue.
- Development of new client accounts.
