Senior Design Architect
About This Role
You’ll play a key role in shaping concept design and leading creative direction on major projects, working alongside a world-class team of designers.
This is a hands-on, design-led position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
What they re looking for:
- 10+ years experience in architecture, with a strong design focus
- A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional concept and early-stage design work
- Experience working on large, complex projects (mixed-use, masterplanning, hospitality, cultural, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide junior designers
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools
- International project experience is highly desirable
