Deputy Store Manager

Overview

• Deputy Store Manager provides support for managing the store team, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and product knowledge.
• ***RESPONSIBILITIES:***
• Manage and lead a team of retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and drive sales performance
• Create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, product merchandising, and visual displays
• Train and develop staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
• Manage inventory levels and ensure effective stock control and replenishment
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Monitor and analyze sales and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and promotional activities
• ***REQUIREMENTS:***
• Proven experience as a Deputy Store Manager or similar leadership role in the retail industry, preferably within beauty or cosmetics
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Sound understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
• Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
