Data Entry Operator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting and updating data in our database with high accuracy and efficiency. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large volumes of information. Responsibilities

• Input and update data in the database with precision and speed

• Verify accuracy of data entered and make necessary corrections- Ensure data integrity and security at all times

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Adhere to data entry standards and procedures

• Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed

• Complaints resolution. Communicate efficiently and control the process of complaint resolution between company and other counter parties

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office, Google Docs, etc.)

• Basic communication skills may be necessary, especially if data entry operators need to clarify information with team members or clients

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organizational and time-management skills
