- *Responsibilities*
- Input and update data in the database with precision and speed
- Verify accuracy of data entered and make necessary corrections- Ensure data integrity and security at all times
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Adhere to data entry standards and procedures
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed
- Complaints resolution. Communicate efficiently and control the process of complaint resolution between company and other counter parties
- *Requirements*
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office, Google Docs, etc.)
- Basic communication skills may be necessary, especially if data entry operators need to clarify information with team members or clients
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
