Deputy Store Manager

Join B&M as a Deputy Store Manager in our Evesham store and play a key role in driving performance, developing people, and keeping our store running at its best!

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the Store Manager, take ownership across the shop floor, and step up to lead the store in their absence. As a leader of your store, flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays will be essential.

Support the Store Manager in driving sales, performance and store standards

Take ownership of the shop floor, leading by example every day

Step up to run the store in the Store Manager’s absence

Lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver their best

Drive KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance

Experience managing a fast-paced retail or high turnover environment
