Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized Deputy Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of key banking projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in project management within the banking or financial services sector, demonstrating strong coordination, risk management, and team support skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring banking projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, Finance, and Compliance, to support project objectives.
• Track project progress, prepare status reports, and escalate issues as needed to the Project Manager or senior management.
• Support resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.
• Facilitate project meetings, document minutes, and maintain project documentation.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the implementation of project management best practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant banking regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management roles, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
