About the Role
Responsible for completing the ordering for Mechanical items, it includes receipt of PR, floating RFQ, receipt of quotation, CS preparation, negotiation, issuing PO, MIS for timely execution of project work/ O&M requirement, annual rate contract, vendor on-boarding & vendor development.

- Essential Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Mechanical)
- Desired Qualification: MBA / PGDM
Responsibilities
- Issuance of Purchase Order/ARC as per timelines decided in SLA for Mech/Civil/Other items.
- Preparation of estimation for Mech/Civil/Other items
- Assurance for compliance of departmental SOP
- Vendor on-boarding & development for Mech/Civil/Other items
- Follow-up for timely delivery of material for Mech/Civil/Other items
- Follow up for timely vendor payment for Mech/Civil/Other items
- Reconciliation and closure of PO for Mech/Civil/Other items
- MIS Preparation
- Compliance of 5S, IMS, SMS etc.
- Implementation of CHETNA in order awarding process of Mech/Civil/Other items
- Compliance to CHETNA guidelines
